Timothy J. Lozos, CPE brings over 25 years of construction estimating and cost consulting experience to DFCG. His experience includes property condition assessments, roofing/building envelope evaluations, cost estimating, and cost analysis of several thousand structures in both restoration and new construction environments.  

Mr. Lozos has extensive experience in estimating single family and commercial ground-up projects, as well as providing expert witness evaluations of property damages and construction defects for litigation and insurance purposes.
