Ideal candidates would have a solid knowledge of general cost estimating principles and be motivated to learn more, have excellent writing skills, and be able to apply strong analytical thinking to reports and estimates including providing accurate, logical, and thorough pricing and cost details and supporting documentation. Candidates who wish to advance their career and work to obtain professional certifications (IICRC, RRO, etc.) are highly preferred.
