Ruben T. Trevino, B.A. has over 20 years of restoration construction experience including commercial and residential cost estimating, restoration project management, and consulting.  His experience includes extensive catastrophe adjusting for major insurance carriers across the Gulf Coast states and Northeast.  

Mr. Trevino has also worked as a building consultant in litigated claims for the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association and the Texas Fair Plan.
