McDermott, CMFI, AEP has over 25 years of flooring cost estimation, installation, project management, and consulting.  Mr. McDermott has estimated and evaluated all types of flooring in thousands of commercial, educational, hospitality, medical, residential, and retail construction projects in both new construction and restoration environments.

As a flooring specialist and Certified Master Flooring Inspector, he has provided extensive training for cost estimators in professional estimating standards, methods, and procedures.
