Rogan J. Cudworth, B.A., AEP is an FAA registered drone pilot and experienced property condition assessor specializing in the evaluation of large-scale commercial glazing, fenestrations, railings, and outdoor flooring.  

His experience includes cost estimating, detailed moisture testing, and building envelope evaluations of hundreds of residential and institutional properties for post catastrophic weather event damages.  Mr. Cudworth also has almost a decade of residential and landscaping cost estimating and construction experience.
